Hello everyone and thank you for visiting my website. I m Chef Evangeline but you can call me Chef E. I was born and raised in Brooklyn New York, into a southern family who loves to cook.
My dad was from South Carolina and he was by biggest influence. I picked up a lot of cooking skills. Although my dad was the head cook in my home, my mom influenced me as well. Both of my parents are responsible for my love to cook.
I attended The Institute of Culinary Education in New York, where I learned many techniques like plating, presentation, wine paring, efficiency and more. I also love wine and enjoy sipping it while cooking. It makes everything just right!! Sipping while cooking takes the edge off and allows me to be free to create whatever comes to mind!! For those who would love to cook with wine and me, this is where you want to be. I invite you to register for one of my many fun zoom classes offered monthly.
